Today I finally got the UX250H that my parents bought for me. Over the years, thanks to Uncle Frank, we have no worries about buying or upgrading our cars. This is the fourth car we have bought from Uncle Frank. Thank you uncle!
Different from every time we picked up the car before, today's delivery lacked the vibes I expected. Uncle Frank was gone, and there was no big red bow on my new car. I felt pretty sad.

Received our order on December 31st of last year. Basically ushering in the new year with a new set of wheels and counting our blessings. Simon was the product advisor whom we dealt with and we were lucky to have someone with years of experience under his belt. Cool as a cucumber, he was courteous, down-to-earth, and professional. We’d also like to thank Wilson in financial services and Keyo in services (for showing us how to work our first-ever hybrid). We had such a pleasant experience (factoring in how much we’re enjoying our ride) that we’re very tempted to purchase another car from them.

We are out towner. Kim Nguyen is our sales representative and she is very professional in handling our request and test drive. We are interested in one of their listing and she replied my text at 10.30 pm and with appointment made on next morning. She is very knowledgeable and hard working nice lady. Do the test drive, answer all our questions. When we decide to buy, we need to pick up the car on the same day. Sales and service team (include sales manager and business manager) is very friendly and efficient. Do their best to fulfill all my requested service and fixed minor problems with the same day vehicle delivery. Make things happened. Appreciated their help and highly recommend this team!
